How do you make an asset of a carpark, hotel and energy centre?

Circle Square Hotel and Car Park
Circle Square carpark hotel

The striking building on the southeastern corner of the Circle Square site is a hybrid building that serves the development as an energy centre, and the wider Oxford Road area as a public car park and Premier Inn Hotel.

The hotel and car park is set apart slightly from the main public space, and draws on the warehouse and viaduct architecture of industrial Manchester.

The 16-storeybuilding, with its folded aluminium facade, has a strong gateway presence on the Mancunian Way approach. A 1,014-space car park occupies the first nine floors, and the hotel is located on floors nine to 15 with a prominent ground floor entrance and fantastic views of Manchester from the rooms and restaurant.
