Tim Den Dekker

Tim specialises in healthcare, education and masterplanning, with an expertise in low carbon, multi-faceted and complex projects.

His work has included the award-winning Chelsea Academy and Southbank Centre. Tim supported the estate transformation design work of a major healthcare trust’s four London campuses, which included clinical programme design of a 150,000m2 hospital. At Ulster University and for the Britannia masterplan, London, Tim provided project management support.

Tim oversees professional practice within FCBStudios and works to help FCBStudios achieve its net zero carbon design ambitions. He helps lead the LETI Circular Economy group, works to increase timber use in construction, and co-wrote the proposed Part Z embodied carbon Building Regulations.

Before joining FCBStudios in 2007, Tim worked as an actuary and management consultant.
