Laura Harty

Laura is based in our London Studio and heads up our People team, overseeing all aspects of the function including talent management, employee engagement and development initiatives.
Laura’s role focuses on ensuring FCB Studios’ positive, collaborative and people-focused culture is at the forefront of everything we do.
Alongside the Partners, Laura is passionate about developing the practices EDI initiatives.
Laura is also currently studying for a coaching accreditation with The Coaching Academy.
