Christy Chu

Christy joined FCBS in 2023, as a recent graduate from the University of Bath. Her final year project explored designing a climbing centre and lido in Oxford, focusing on generating a new sports facility for the local community. The building had an interdependent relationship with its surrounding environment and aimed to nurture a new wetland habitat for the city.



Prior to FCBS, Christy worked in Hong Kong and London, where she gained experience in projects with varying scopes, such as commercial mixed-use and residential schemes, as well as conservation and retrofitting. Gaining international experience has aided her in developing the broad design skillset needed for her current role.



She is currently working on Murray Edwards College and various other competition work.
