brighton dome corn exchange and studio theatre
Originally built as a stable block for the Prince Regent, the 200-year-old, Grade I Listed building has served as a Victorian skating rink, a WW1 military hospital and is now a leading performing arts venue on the South East coast.
In this film FCBStudios Founding Partner, Peter Clegg, and Brighton Dome and Brighton Festival Chief Executive, Andrew Comben, talk through the approach they took to strip back layers of intervention and restore the building to it's former state, but in doing so create a flexible, accessible arts venue that is worthy of the creative and inspiring city that it sits at the heart of.
